Every tier is a one-time payment good for 12 months from your join date. Each tier includes everything in the tier below it, plus more.

Member — $99/yr

• +10% bonus over our standard offer when you sell or trade any gun to us
• Reduced consignment rate — 15% to sell your guns through us (vs. 20% standard)
• First dibs on used inventory before it hits the public floor

Operator — $749/yr

• Everything in Elite, plus:
• Instant $50 store credit at signup
• Guaranteed firearm buy-back: 70% credit Like-New / 60% Normal Wear
• Buy-back window: within 12 months of each firearm’s purchase date

Program Terms & Conditions

General Membership

• Memberships are sold as a single payment valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not auto-renew unless you opt in.
• Each tier includes all benefits of the tiers beneath it.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and tied to the named account holder.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once benefits have been used.
• All firearm sales remain subject to federal, state, and local law, including background checks and applicable transfer requirements.

Discounts & Free Shipping

• Member discounts are category-based: ammo & accessories are 5% off at the Member tier and 10% off at Pro, Elite, and Operator. Firearms are 5% off at Pro and 8% off at Elite and Operator. The Member tier does not include a firearm discount.
• Discounts apply to in-stock retail pricing and cannot be combined with other promotions, doorbusters, or clearance pricing unless stated.
• Free shipping applies to qualifying online orders shipped within the continental U.S. Oversized, hazmat (including certain ammunition), and expedited shipments may be excluded or surcharged.
• Firearm shipments are sent to a valid FFL and remain subject to all transfer rules.
• Discounts exclude gift cards, transfer/FFL fees, NFA items, special orders, and items already marked down, unless otherwise noted.

Birthday Store Credit

• A $25 store credit is issued once per membership year on or around the member’s birthday; the member’s birthday must be on file at least 30 days prior.
• Credit is non-cash, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and expires if unused within 90 days of issue.

Operator Signup Credit

• Operator members receive a one-time $50 store credit issued to their account upon activation of the Operator membership. The credit is issued as loyalty rewards value, is non-cash, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and may be applied toward any in-stock purchase subject to applicable transfer laws.

Trade-In Bonus (Elite & Operator)

• The +10% bonus is applied on top of Kinetic Armory’s standard offer for any firearm a member sells or trades to us. Kinetic Armory determines the base offer at its sole discretion.
• Bonus may be paid as store credit or applied to the trade value of a new purchase.

Consignment (Elite & Operator)

• The standard consignment fee is 20% of the final sale price. Elite and Operator members consign firearms at a reduced rate of 15% of the final sale price.
• Minimum value: firearms must have a consignment sale value of at least $1,000 to be accepted into the program.
• Intake: Kinetic Armory must have the firearm physically in hand before it is listed. The consignor is responsible for delivering or shipping the firearm to Kinetic Armory; inbound shipping and any associated transfer costs are the consignor’s responsibility.
• Kinetic Armory handles all professional photography and creates the listings; the consignment fee covers this along with in-store display, marketing, and standard processing. FFL transfer fees, applicable card-processing fees, and any storage charges may apply separately and are disclosed at intake.
• Consigned firearms remain the property of the consignor until sold. Kinetic Armory sets no guarantee on sale timing or final price, and pricing is agreed at intake.
• Consignment period: the standard term is 90 days from intake. If the firearm has not sold by the end of the term, the consignor may renew it for an additional period or arrange retrieval. A firearm reclaimed by the consignor is returned through a valid FFL, with any transfer and return-shipping costs the consignor’s responsibility.
• Unclaimed firearms: if a consignment term ends and the consignor does not renew, retrieve, or respond to Kinetic Armory’s notice within 30 days, the firearm may be deemed abandoned and Kinetic Armory may sell it to recover storage and handling costs, applying any proceeds beyond those costs to the consignor’s account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Care while in our possession: Kinetic Armory stores and secures consigned firearms with the same care given to its own inventory and is responsible for loss or damage occurring through its negligence while the firearm is in its possession, up to the agreed consignment value.
• Payout: issued in the consignor’s chosen form after the sale is complete — the buyer has paid, the transfer is finished, and any buyer inspection period has passed. Sales are final once the buyer’s inspection period closes.
• All consignment sales remain subject to federal, state, and local law, including background checks and transfer requirements.

First Dibs on Used Inventory (Elite & Operator)

• Eligible members receive an advance window to purchase qualifying used firearms before they are listed to the general public. Availability, timing, and eligible items are at Kinetic Armory’s discretion. First dibs does not guarantee availability or hold any item.

Operator Buy-Back Guarantee

• Eligibility: applies only to firearms purchased directly from Kinetic Armory by an active Operator-tier member, and only while the membership is active at the time of buy-back.
• Window: a firearm is eligible for buy-back within 12 months of its purchase date. This 12-month-per-firearm ceiling is absolute and does not reset upon membership renewal. If your membership lapses, buy-back eligibility is suspended until reinstated and never extends a firearm beyond its 12-month window.
• Payout — store credit only: buy-back is paid in Kinetic Armory store credit, not cash.
• 70% of the eligible value for firearms in Like-New condition (no meaningful wear; complete with original box, papers, and accessories).
• 60% of the eligible value for firearms with Normal Wear in good working order.
• Eligible value is the lower of (a) the price the member originally paid, or (b) Kinetic Armory’s current selling price for the same model if it has since been discounted, superseded, or discontinued.
• Process: the firearm must be shipped to Kinetic Armory and inspected before any buy-back is accepted. Store credit is applied to the member’s account only after the firearm is received and its condition verified. Inbound shipping arrangements and any associated costs are the member’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
• Condition is determined solely by Kinetic Armory upon inspection. Firearms not meeting the Like-New or Normal-Wear standard may be declined or offered a standard (non-guarantee) trade value.
• Exclusions: firearms that are modified, refinished, damaged, non-functional, missing serialized components, or altered from original condition are not eligible for guaranteed buy-back. Consumables, ammunition, and accessories are excluded.
• No annual cap: there is no limit on the number of firearm buy-backs per membership year. Each individual firearm remains subject to its own 12-month-from-purchase eligibility window.
• Store credit issued via buy-back has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be applied toward any in-stock purchase, including firearms, subject to all applicable transfer laws.
• Tier access: Operator membership is open to any customer who purchases it; no invitation or prior purchase history is required.

Kinetic Armory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership tier, benefit, price, or term at any time, and to refuse or revoke membership for abuse, fraud, or attempts to game program benefits. Existing paid memberships will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase through the remainder of their term.
