Trijicon SRO Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Kinetic Armory, 16407 S 3rd W Ave, Glenpool, OK 74033 ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Trijicon, Inc. Information you provide is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on [TO CONFIRM: START DATE/TIME] and ends on August 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Central Time), as stated in the official announcement post.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, on the Facebook or Instagram post where the official Giveaway appears: (1) Follow @kineticarmory; (2) Like the official Giveaway post; and (3) Comment on the post describing what you would run the optic on. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Free / Alternate Method of Entry: Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3 x 5 inch card and mail it to: Kinetic Armory — Trijicon SRO Giveaway, 16407 S 3rd W Ave, Glenpool, OK 74033. Limit one entry per envelope, postmarked during the Entry Period and received within five (5) days after the end date. All valid entry methods have an equal chance of winning.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [TO CONFIRM: DRAW DATE]. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by direct message and/or email within three (3) days and must respond within five (5) days to claim, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. Prize
One (1) Trijicon SRO (Specialized Reflex Optic) 2.5 MOA green dot reflex sight. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $629. Only one prize will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize will be shipped at Sponsor’s expense to the verified winner’s address within the United States. Any taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
7. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry or violates these Rules, and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond its control compromises its integrity.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Release of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents, and Meta / Facebook / Instagram, from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
10. Governing Law
These Official Rules and this Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Winner’s Name
To request the winner’s first name and state, email [email protected] with the subject "SRO Giveaway Winner" after the drawing date.
