Canik TTI Combat Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This is a firearm giveaway; the prize is transferred only through a licensed dealer in full compliance with law (see Section 7).
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Kinetic Armory, 16407 S 3rd W Ave, Glenpool, OK 74033 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (formerly Twitter), GETTR, Reddit, Taran Tactical Innovations, or Canik / Century Arms.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry and who are legally eligible under all applicable federal, state, and local laws to purchase, receive, and possess a firearm. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where firearm giveaways or this Giveaway are restricted or prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on [TO CONFIRM: START DATE/TIME] and ends on August 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Central Time) (the "Entry Period"), as stated in the official announcement post. Entries must be received during the Entry Period.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, complete all of the following on X: (1) Follow [TO CONFIRM: @HANDLE]; (2) Repost the official Giveaway post; and (3) Comment "IN" on the official Giveaway post. The same three actions performed on GETTR count as a separate valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform.
Free / Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase or Social Action Necessary): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3 x 5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Kinetic Armory — Canik TTI Combat Giveaway, 16407 S 3rd W Ave, Glenpool, OK 74033. Limit one entry per outer envelope, postmarked during the Entry Period and received within five (5) days after the end date. All valid entry methods have an equal chance of winning.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [TO CONFIRM: DRAW DATE]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by direct message on the entry platform and/or by email within three (3) days of the drawing and must respond and provide all required information within five (5) days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot lawfully receive the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. Prize
One (1) Canik TTI Combat 9mm pistol. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $950. Total ARV of all prizes: $950. Only one prize will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is awarded as-is, with only the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. All taxes and any costs not expressly stated here are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Firearm Transfer & Winner Eligibility (Important)
The prize is a firearm and will not be shipped or delivered directly to the winner. To claim the prize, the winner must: (a) be legally eligible to receive and possess a firearm; (b) designate a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in the winner’s state to receive the transfer; (c) complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check (NICS) at the receiving FFL; and (d) comply with all federal, state, and local requirements, including any waiting periods, permits, or magazine/feature restrictions. The winner is responsible for any FFL transfer fees and any state or local compliance costs. If the winner fails the background check, is otherwise prohibited from possessing a firearm, or resides where the prize firearm or its configuration cannot lawfully be transferred, the winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner or award a substitute prize of equal value. Sponsor will not transfer the firearm into any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
8. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or behaves disruptively, and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control compromises its integrity.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. Release of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents, and the platforms on which the Giveaway is administered, from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules and this Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Winner’s Name
To request the winner’s first name and state, email [email protected] with the subject "TTI Combat Giveaway Winner" after the drawing date.
